Welsh housing association to set up legal services framework agreement

Welsh housing association Pennaf is to set up a multi-lot, legal services framework agreement.

The agreement has been divided into the following lots:

1. General Legal, Contractual and Procurement
2. Conveyancing and Property Related
3. Employment
4. Finance Management and Governance
5. Nursing Care / Care / Tenancy & Housing Advice (inc. Leasehold).

The agreement is for four years plus up to three years of extensions.

Headquartered in St Asaph in North Wales, Pennaf Housing Group operates across seven counties and manages more than 5,600 homes.
