This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 coming into force. The legislation was designed to “put victims first” when it came to enforcing against anti-social behaviour.
To mark this milestone anniversary Kuljit Bhogal KC is running a series of ASB masterclasses designed to cover the latest developments in anti-social behaviour case law. These are the details for the long-awaited London Masterclass.
