Are supervision orders worth the paper they are printed on?

The final report of the Public Law Working Group published on 01.03.21 focused on Supervision Orders as standalone orders to assist the return of children home or to family members.

During this webinar, Jo Porter, considers the findings of the report together with the current guidance on the use of Supervision Orders, including statistics around their use and outcomes for children. Jo explores the proposed next steps, with an attempt to answer the question of whether Supervision orders are worth the paper they are printed on and where we are now.
