With estimates suggesting that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, employers are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for neurodivergent employees. As well as outlining the benefits of inclusivity we will provide an outline of the legal obligations and responsibilities of employers under the Equality Act 2010.
