- Katherine Barnes will explain the circumstances in which public rights of way and village green rights are created, as well as practical tips for landowners to protect land and for members of the public to ensure their rights are enforced.
- Celina Colquhoun will run through what planners should expect when faced with need for highways works in respect of development; or when a public right of way cuts across a development site, as well as what planners need to know about highways works brought about through HA 1980 orders and DCOs.
