Browne Jacobson advises Homes England on Liverpool police HQ deal

The law firm has supported the government’s housing and regeneration agency for England during the ongoing acquisition of Canning Place from Merseyside Police.

After being named preferred bidder Homes England will work on plans to redevelop the 2.64-acre site into a mixed-use waterfront development, comprising residential, retail, leisure and commercial spaces.

Browne Jacobson’s team includes partner Dominic Buckley (real estate), with support from Darren Ashworth and Joshua Douglas Booth.
