Trowers & Hamlins promotes public sector commercial associate to partner

Trowers & Hamlins has promoted an associate in its public sector commercial team, Lucy Doran, to partner.
Based in the firm’s London office, Doran specialises in PFI/PPP projects and procurement, particularly in the areas of regeneration, outsourcing, leisure and education.
Trowers said she had led on a number of large-scale infrastructure projects and had particular expertise in running and advising on the competitive dialogue procedure.
Doran also advises both public and private sector clients on models and partnerships designed to deliver improvements to public services.
Doran is one of nine new partners across Trowers’ offices in London, Abu Dhabi, Exeter and Manchester.
Jennie Gubbins, the firm’s senior partner, said: "The capabilities and expertise of these new partners will further strengthen our national teams across the UK, as well as our international offering in our Middle East and Far East offices, and will help ensure we are best placed to serve our clients."
