County to procure legal case management system with court bundling capacity
- Details
Gloucestershire County Council is to procure a legal case management system with court bundling capability for its legal services department.
The contract, which is estimated to be worth between £200,000 and £350,000, is expected to start in 16 February 2022 and run until 15 February 2026.
Gloucestershire said: “The system must be a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system needing no, or very little development and any required configuration being able to be completed by authorised council users.
“There will be a requirement to transfer the records and documents (case, emails, documents, time and cost information) from the incumbent system to the winning bidder's cloud-based system.”
