Capsticks strengthens housing team with hire of security charging expert

Capsticks has bolstered its housing team with the hire of security charging expert Sarah Darvell as a partner.
Darvell joins Capsticks from Trowers & Hamlins where she project-managed and led large-scale due diligence for a range of financing arrangements including bonds, private placements, loans and refinancings, as well as the due diligence for other types of portfolio transactions.
Capsticks said: “Over her career, Sarah has acted on transactions large and small, straightforward and complex, and has placed into charge over 100,000 properties for housing association clients, with a total security value of over £4billion. Her clients have included not-for-profit and for-profit housing associations.”
Darvell will be based at the firm’s London office.
