Devonshires has appointed four Senior Associates to Partner in its 2026 round of promotions, taking the number of partners at the law firm to 68.

The new partners are:

  • Yaasica Hamilton-Haye (Construction)
  • Hannah Keane (Housing Management & Property Litigation).
  • Rachel Jones (Construction)
  • William O’Brien (Construction

Jones joined Devonshires in 2013 as a Paralegal in the Housing Management & Property Litigation team before completing her training contract at the firm.

O’Brien joined in 2017, having previously worked in local government, and also trained with Devonshires.

Hamilton-Heye and Keane also trained with the firm.
