Housing association to procure £1m legal services framework

Details

Cottsway Housing Association is to procure a five-year legal services framework worth an estimated £1m.

There are three separate lots:

  1. Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging
  2. Housing Services
  3. Development and Assets.

There is no restriction on the number of lots bidders can bid for.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 27 September 2024 (12:00 pm).

Cottsway provides more than 5,700 homes for rent and shared ownership across West Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire.
