Procurement consortium names 24 housing law firms to legal services framework

Procurement organisation CHIC (Communities and Housing Investment Consortium) has named 24 law firms to its latest legal services framework.
The framework, which will be in place until 30 June 2028 and has been estimated to be worth between £11m and £20m, is divided into the following lots:

- Housing & Asset Management
- Development
- Property
