The agency said it was looking for a firm “with a strong understanding of not for profit organisations that also have the requirement to raise commercial revenue”.

It added that there are are a number of projects that it is considering that may require significant legal input “e.g. registration and commercialisation of the dot London domain, licensing of the London Brand to partner organisations etc”.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of a technical questionnaire (weighting: 60) and price (weighting: 40).

The contract is due to last for 36 months.
