Major North East housing association to procure multi-lot legal support services contract

Established in 2018, Beyond Housing provides 15,000 homes and a wide range of services to more than 30,000 customers living in the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire.

The contract will be divided into the following lots:

1. Development and Commercial.
2. Corporate.
3. Employment.
4. Landlord compliance and Communities.

The contract is for three years with potential for a 1+1 extension.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 pm, 6 September.

The contract start date is 1 October 2021.
