NW social landlord appoints Trowers to provide regulatory compliance and governance services

Details

First Choice Homes Oldham has appointed law firm Trowers & Hamlins to provide regulatory compliance and governance services worth an estimated £300,000.

The appointment was made from Lot 10 – Multi Facet of the legal services dynamic purchasing system run by Places for People.

The contract award notice said the provider would be selected to “give advice on an ad-hoc basis ranging from oral advice to assistance with drafting advice and documents and other matters”.

The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70) and price (weighting: 30). Eight tenders were received.
