Midlands housing group to set up £7.5m legal services framework

The framework has been divided into five lots:

1. Company Secretary, Legal and Procurement.
2. Treasury and Finance.
3. Development.
4. Housing Management, Housing Operations, Supported Living, Retirement Living and Care Services.
5. Employment, Reward and Pensions and Health and Safety.

The contract is expected to be for an initial 3-year period with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years.

Midland Heart owns and manages 33,000 homes and 70,000 customers.

In an earlier notice the social landlord had estimated the value of the framework to be £6m.
