Environmental regulator in Scotland to procure £500k in legal services

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is to procure legal advice and advocacy services in respect of corporate and operational matters relating to its functions.
The services are worth an estimated £500,000 over 48 months.
The agency said it envisaged a maximum three participants to the framework agreement.
SEPA is Scotland’s principal environmental regulator, tasked with protecting and improving the country’s environment. It has around 1,300 people based across Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands to the Borders.
