- Details
The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) has unveiled plans to appoint three legal firms to a framework agreement worth an estimated £300,000 over three years.
The PHSO said it required “General Legal Advice” to supplement its in-house Legal Team.
“In seeking providers for legal services PHSO would require a supplier to have an excellent understanding of public law and associated litigation. Specialist advice would also be required on employment law and property law,” it added.
The services required also include access to training and resources for members of the in-house team.
The PHSO has divided its requirement into the following lots:
- General Legal Advice
- Litigation and Judicial Review
- Employment Law
- Contractual Law
- Public Law
- Property Law
The contract is due to start on 1 June 2019 and end on 31 May 2022.
