Surrey authorities to set up £8m property and regeneration legal framework

The participating authorities are:

1. Elmbridge Borough Council
2. Guildford Borough Council
3. Mole Valley District Council
4. Reigate and Banstead Borough Council
5. Runnymede Borough Council
6. Spelthorne Borough Council
7. Surrey County Council
8. Surrey Heath Borough Council
9. Tandridge District Council
10. Waverley Borough Council, and
11. Woking Borough Council.

The shared procurement exercise is being managed by legal consultants Kennedy Cater and will follow an open style procedure.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 16:00 on 28 August 2018.
