Home Counties housing association to set up £2m legal panel

BPHA said it was “seeking suitably qualified and experienced professional legal service providers to form an approved panel of providers of legal services to BPHA; its subsidiary Bushmead Homes Limited; and such other subsidiaries as it establishes from time to time….

“The contract services will be provided to the BPHA offices in Bedford for services across its current business operational area.”

The contract is expected to start on 1 October 2018 and run until 30 September 2021, with scope for extension by mutual agreement on an annual basis until 30 September 2023.

BPHA envisages a maximum number of six participants to the framework agreement.
