Welsh housing association to procure £828k legal services contract

Details

Hafod Housing Association, one of the leading social landlords in South Wales, is to procure the provision of legal services to support housing, assets and support needs.

Hafod works across eight local authorities:

  1. Bridgend
  2. Caerphilly
  3. Cardiff
  4. Vale of Glamorgan
  5. Rhondda Cynan Taff
  6. Merthyr Tydfil
  7. Torfaen
  8. Newport

The contract term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 + 2 years.

The estimated contract dates are 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with possible extension to 30 September 2033.

The tender submission deadline is 18 August 2026, 12:00pm.

The award criteria are quality (weighting: 60%) and price (weighting: 40%).
