Suffolk Legal lawyers secure higher rights of audience
- Details
Two solicitors at Suffolk Legal, Head of Legal Services Tim Earl and Martin Ricks, have been accredited with Higher Rights of audience following their successful advocacy assessments.
The qualification means that they can now conduct civil cases in the higher courts as solicitor advocates.
Suffolk Legal said: “This news is greatly beneficial to Suffolk Legal as it will help enhance the services they provide, specifically the civil litigation work which Martin will be undertaking from October in conjunction with the council’s insurers."
