Helen Tucker Helen provides specialist advice to social landlords on all types of housing-related litigation and advice, reviews policies and procedures, devises and delivers training and assists landlords in handling serial complainers and the Regulator’s serious detriment investigations. |
Emilie Pownall Emilie is an associate in the housing litigation team. She assists Registered Providers in connection with all aspects of housing litigation including possession claims based on both rent, breach of tenancy and/or anti-social behaviour, and injunctions. Emilie also provides detailed advice to our clients on a wide range of tenancy related issues. |
