NHS Commercial Solutions to hold market engagement on £1.2bn legal services agreement

NHS Commercial Solutions is to hold preliminary market engagement “in order to inform the content and structure” of its upcoming legal services framework agreement, which is estimated to be worth up to £1.2bn over eight years.
The organisation, which is a not for profit procurement shared services hub hosted by Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, has issued a preliminary market engagement questionnaire for providers to complete.
The estimated publication date of the tender notice is 10 July 2026.
The contract is expected to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2030, with a possible extension to 31 January 2035.
