North of England NHS collaborative selects eight law firms for framework

The North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative has appointed eight law firms to a legal services framework agreement beginning from 1 April.
The agreement, which lasts for two years with an option to extend twice for a further 12 months, covers: NHS governance and public law; healthcare law; mental health law; employment law; contract and commercial law; property law; and corporate finance and PFI.
The eight firms appointed by the collaborative are:
- Browne Jacobson;
- Capsticks;
- DAC Beachcroft;
- DWF;
- Hempsons;
- Hill Dickinson;
- Mills & Reeve; and
- Weightmans.
Services from the firms can be purchased on either an hourly or fixed rate basis.
