The Data (Use and Access) Act will amend the UK GDPR as well as PECR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Amendments to the UK GDPR's rules on international data transfers and automated decision-making, and data subject rights
- A structural and significant reform of the Information Commissioner's Office
- New rules on cookies and similar technologies
