About the speakers
Andrew Crammond Andrew was called to the Bar in 2008. He regularly represents both claimants and respondents of all sizes from small businesses to FTSE 100 organisations, as well as local authorities and government bodies, including against Queen's Counsel, in complicated employment law matters. Andrew has appeared at the EAT (in both London and Edinburgh) and regularly provides advice and drafting in relation to Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal matters. Andrew also has particular experience in cases involving the medical, health care and social work professions – including doctors, nurses, social workers and veterinarians, as well as a range of other health care and professional practitioners. James McHugh James was called to the Bar in 2010. He has a nationwide practice in both England and Scotland covering all areas of employment law, including discrimination, wrongful and unfair dismissal (including redundancy), restrictive covenants and whistleblowing. James represents both claimants and respondents including individuals, trade unions, local authorities, SMEs and large companies. James regularly provides advice and drafts pleadings on all aspects of employment law. James also has experience advising both employers and employees on Settlement Agreements following termination of employment.
