Public law proceedings barrister Jo Porter joins 42BR

Public law proceedings and adoption specialist Jo Porter has joined 42BR Barristers.
Porter was called to the Bar in 2010 after having a successful career as a solicitor dealing with public law children matters, working in-house for a local authority and then in private practice.
42Br said: “Since transferring to the Bar, Jo has a busy practice representing local authorities, parents, children and family members public law proceedings and adoption matters.”
Porter is also the co-author of Child Protection Proceedings: Care and Adoption Orders published by LexisNexis which is now in its second edition.
