NW council offers £456k contract for child care advocacy

Halton Borough Council is to procure a panel of barristers’ chambers for advocacy in care proceedings and private law children cases.
The contract is worth an estimated £456,000 over 12 months.
It is expected to commence on 1 August 2017 and run until 31 July 2018.
