Olwen Brown and Deborah Evans look at the value of talking to someone to explain how you are feeling during stressful times.

Also discussed: how to manage if you find it difficult to talk about, or even to identify what you are feeling; and how to promote wellbeing in the workplace and help colleagues as well.
