Weightmans promotes 15 to partner in 2024 promotions round

National law firm Weightmans has announced 15 new partners and 12 legal directors across its network of offices.

The new partners are:

  • Laura Honeybourne, London, Regulatory
  • Louise Hawkfield, London, Large Loss

It brings the firm’s total number of partners to 248, including equity.

Of those promoted, eight are female (53%). Weightmans said it had a target of having at least 40% female partners by 2025, but had already exceeded this (41%). It now has a new long term aim of achieving a 50/50 split by 2030.
