Tune in for a prerecorded seminar from Landmark Chambers on Human Rights Law - Articles 2, 3 and 4 ECHR webinar.

First recorded on 6 July 2026.

This session marks the first session in a collection of Human Rights Law events following the recent publication of The Law and Practice of Human Rights, released last year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Human Rights Act 1998 coming into force. Edited by David Blundell KC, Miranda Butler, and Alistair Mills, and written by a team of 32 expert practitioners from, or affiliated with, Landmark Chambers, the book offers an authoritative yet accessible overview of the legal framework established to give effect to the European Convention on Human Rights, alongside the continuing role of the common law in protecting human rights.

The opening webinar, hosted by David Blundell KC, Natasha Jackson, and Claudia Hyde, explores Articles 2, 3 and 4 ECHR, including the implications of the recent signatories’ political declaration. Speakers examine pivotal cases and emerging trends that are shaping this area of human rights law.
