The ERA – union and enforcement changes webinar
This session outlines the forthcoming changes to trade union law, introduce the new Fair Work Agency and its role in overseeing compliance, and revisit key elements of current industrial dispute legislation. The session also examines the updated approach to fire‑and‑rehire practices and considers how these reforms may influence organisational decision‑making and workforce relations.
We conclude the session by looking at strategies for managing an increased risk of industrial action once the ERA takes effect.
Julie Bann is a Partner and David Leach is a Senior Associate at Sharpe Pritchard LLP.
