Stephanie Hall acted in the Appeal, Asda Stores v Leeds City Council [2021] EWCA Civ 32, for the successful Respondent. According to Hall, the decision has wider implications for how to approach all strongly worded policies in the NPPF and development plans which suggest an outcome for the overall application.
