Join Rebecca Thomas and Karolina Zielinska for a whistle-stop tour of the Employment Rights Act 2025. 

This session will set out the key changes brought about by the ERA 2025 that have already been implemented in phases from December 2025 to date, including changes relating to trade union activity, paternity leave, sick pay and more. 

It will also provide a comprehensive explanation of the October 2026 updates, including a change to the ways in which employers can be liable for harassment from third parties, changes to ET time limits and the introduction of a new duty for employers to inform workers of their right to join a trade union.
